Katerina Kasanová, the winner of Miss Czech Republic 2017, is all set to represent her country at the upcoming Miss World 2018 pageant as Miss World Czech Republic 2018. A model by profession, this beauty stands tall at 177 cm. With her gorgeous looks and the determination to bring home the coveted Miss World crown, she has already mesmerized everyone around the world.

In midst of all her training and preparations, Katerina finds time to talk about her dreams, ambitions, childhood and guilty pleasures in an exclusive interview with Angelopedia.

Q. How does it feel to be Miss World Czech Republic 2018 and now a delegate of Miss World 2018?

I am ready to represent my country with all the love and humbleness I've got.

Q. What is the best lesson you’ve learnt in your journey as the delegate and winner of Miss Czech Republic 2017?

That one individual can really make changes in this world. With Miss Czech Republic i did get a lot of attention on my person, which transferred to social media. If used with well, its a great tool to voice our opinions way louder than before and that is my plan.

Q. What is the one thing that keeps you going and inspires you to be the best version of yourself?

The fact that i can be someone's role model or simply help other people or beings is definitely a great motivation.

Q. How would you like to represent yourself at the international stage of Miss World 2018?

I believe I was chosen as Miss CR17 for being natural, kind and humble. That is how i want to represent myself and my country.

Q. Who is your ideal, if any and what values of theirs do you wish you could inculcate in your own life, and teach the next generation?

There are many wise people with values i respect. Some of those people left very powerful quotes that helped me shape my life.. But i would not jump the gun to teach next generations by values of others, i still have to live my life, have my own failures and my own victories to learn from and shape who i am before i would dare to teach others.

Q. If you could be invisible for a day, how would you like to spend it?

That seems like playing God ... nothing good usually comes from it, i would skip that.

Q. Would you like to share your most special childhood memory with us?

When I was three years old my grandpa told me... "I know my sunshine, that one day you will have blond long hair and will be the most beautiful women in the world..."

Q. What or who empowers you to be yourself and work hard every day?

Same as my fourth answer. I believe I was chosen as Miss CR17 for being natural, kind and humble. That is how i want to represent myself and my country.

Q. What is the one thing you can label as your guilty pleasure?

I really love baking for other people. Not really a fan of cooking for myself, but making something for others is definitely my guilty pleasure, especially when they like it.

Q. We’re sure that this competition is another milestone in your life. What is that one thing that you ultimately want to achieve?

I just want to make myself and people who believe in me proud of how I represented them, no matter the result. Than i just want to continue being the best role model i can be.

Q. If you are granted 3 wishes right now, what would you ask for?

Let every single person in the world give love to others, let every single person feel gratitude and the last wish would be to have 3 more wishes.
