The finale of Miss Guinea Ecuatorial 2022 was held at Parque Nacional de Malabo in Malabo on 17th September 2022 where Vanila Andeme was adjudged as the Miss World Equatorial Guinea 2022 and will represent the country at Miss World 2022.

Vanila Andeme placed as the first runner-up at the finale. The stunning beauty is 20 years of age and a hotel receptionist by profession. She is a preuniversity student who represented the district of Ebibeyen.

Vanila also won the title of Miss Popular at the competition. Vanila aspires to be a lawyer in the future with the goal to one day open a law firm that focuses on cases of sexual abuse and gender-based violence. The stunning beauty is also bilingual and fluently speaks English and French.

Also at the finale, Alba Isabel Obama was crowned Miss Universe Equatorial Guinea 2022 and will represent the country at Miss Universe 2022. Maria Marta Asong was adjudged as the second runner-up and designated Miss International Equatorial Guinea 2022 and will represent her country at the next edition of Miss International.
