Priyanka Chopra, a former Miss World and a global icon, has added another feather to her cap. She has joined the Producers Guild of America as a member and the stunning beauty is over the moon for her accomplishment.

Taking to her official Twitter account, Priyanka shared the happy news with her devoted army of followers. The Producers Guild of America announced her welcome as well. In a statement, it said,  “Producers Guild of America welcomes actress, singer, and film producer Priyanka Chopra as a member. Ms. Chopra Jonas has 14 producer credits to her name, including an executive producer credit for The White Tiger.”

Priyanka also wrote, “Grateful to be inducted. Thank you Producers Guild of America.” Earlier today, Priyanka Chopra wished her husband a very happy birthday on her Instagram. The actress has been in the UK for quite a while, where she has been filming for Citadel.

While in the UK, Priyanka also met Lara Dutta, years later to commemorate their 21-year-long friendship. Priyanka Chopra and Lara Dutta went on to win pageantry titles back in 2000; Priyanka Chopra was crowned as Miss World 2000 whereas Lara Dutta received the Miss Universe title in 2000 as well.

Chopra was also last seen in The Matrix: Resurrections trailer. However, she only has a small role to play in it. She has also wrapped up filming for Text For You with Celine Dion. With all of her accomplishments, Priyanka is definitely on the road to global domination.
