Miss World Nepal 2018 and Beauty with a Purpose winner Shrinkhala Khatiwada has joined hands with Women for Women, Parsa to accommodate relief funds for people who have been affected by the recent flood storms in Southern Nepal. Women for Women, Parsa in an initiative working towards providing basic hygiene kits to the families affected by the calamity.
Just recently, Shrinkhala took to her official social media to talk about the recent storm in Southern Nepal that killed as many as 31 people and thousands have become homeless. Shrinkhala was out of the country when she heard the news and talked to a few people actively participating in the disaster relief.
As she quoted, “The major crisis right now, among many others, seems to be of basic sanitary products like sanitary pads, soaps, undergarments. This is the most immediate relief needed at the moment and we all can lend a helping hand.”
For the same, Women for women, Parsa initiative is being promoted by the gorgeous beauty and has donated fifty thousand rupees through One Home Foundation. She has also urged everyone to support the initiative through their donations. No wonder the Nepali beauty has taken the role of promoting and spreading awareness in the times of need for her country and that’s why she is in true essence, a Beauty with a Purpose winner.
