Miss Mundo Nicaragua 2019 aka Miss World Nicaragua 2019 held its grand coronation night on 16th February 2019 at the Holiday Inn, Nicaragua where Top 15 gorgeous beauties competed for the national title. The finale evening witnessed María Teresa Cortéz Mendieta of Carazo was crowned the new queen. The finale witnessed incredible performances by the ladies from all over the world as the audience cheered on for their favourites. Miss Mundo Nicaragua 2018 Yoselin Sobeyda Gómez relinquished her crown at the end of the event finale.
After receiving the prestigious crown, Maria earned the right to represent the country, Nicaragua in the international pageant of Miss World 2019. From the city of Rosquillas and Marshmallows, she is María Teresa Cortéz Mendieta, who is 18 years of age and describes herself as a tenacious, determined young woman with a strong character who is able to face the different circumstances that life presents. Now it puts a major responsibility on her shoulders as she is going to represent the country in Miss World 2019 and the entire nation’s pride is in her hands now. But after looking at her performance in this coronation night, one can say that she will flourish extremely good in the international pageant as well.
