The grand Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay, Philippines, was abuzz with excitement on July 19, 2024, as the highly anticipated Miss World Philippines 2024 pageant took center stage. The dazzling event was a celebration of beauty, talent, and charisma, featuring an impressive lineup of 33 contestants vying for the coveted crown.
Hosted by the charismatic trio of Billy Crawford, Maria Gigante, Teejay Marquez, and Emmanuelle Vera, the evening was further enlivened by spectacular performances from The Juans, the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra, Johnoy Danao, Kaia, and Alyssa Muhlach. The stage was set for a night to remember.
The highlight of the pageant was the highly anticipated Question and Answer segment, which tested the contestants' poise and intellect. This crucial segment played a pivotal role in shaping the final outcomes, showcasing the contestants' ability to articulate their thoughts and visions for the future.
At the culmination of the evening, Krishnah Marie Gravidez from Baguio was crowned Miss World Philippines 2024, earning the right to represent the Philippines at the Miss World 2025 competition. Her performance was marked by excellence, securing her several special awards including Miss Photogenic, Best in Swimsuit, and Best in Evening Gown.
Jasmine Omay of Tarlac was named 1st Princess, with Sophia Bianca Santos of Pampanga securing the title of 2nd Princess. The Top 10 finalists included notable names such as Patricia Bianca Tapia from Batangas, Jeanne Isabelle Bilasano from Bicol Region, and Riana Agatha Pangindian from Kapitolyo, Pasig.
The night also saw the appointment of four titleholders from the Top 10. Patricia Bianca Tapia was crowned Miss Tourism Philippines 2024, Deanna Marie Maté from Cavite was named Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas 2024, Nikhisah Buenafe Cheveh from Pangasinan took the title of Miss Multinational Philippines 2024, and Jeanne Isabelle Bilasano was awarded Face of Beauty Philippines 2024.
In other categories, the winners of the various fast-track events were announced. Deanna Marie Maté excelled in the Sports segment, while Sophia Bianca Santos triumphed in the Beach Beauty category. Bicol Region’s Jeanne Isabelle Bilasano and Pangasinan’s Nikhisah Buenafe Cheveh won the Beauty with a Purpose segment. Malaybalay’s Dolly Cruz was recognized in the Head to Head Challenge, and Central Visayas' Jewel Marisse Catherine Reyes won the Talent competition. The Best in National Costume award went to Pampanga’s Sophia Bianca Santos, while the Miss Charity title was secured by Cavite’s Deanna Marie Maté. The Multimedia award was clinched by Krishnah Marie Gravidez, and the Top Model title was also awarded to her.
