The National Director of Miss World Supermodel India, Sudha Subramanian has shortlisted ten gorgeous ladies to compete for the ultimate title that will endow them a plentiful occasion to forge into the field of modeling. During the grand finale of Miss World Supermodel India, a delegate for Miss Teen World Supermodel India will also be crowned.

While ten contestants have been chosen to combat for Miss World Supermodel India 2016, seven girls have been shortlisted for World Supermodel India Teen 2016. The winners in both the categories gets a chance to participate in International modeling pageant to be held in South Africa later in March where the winner will get a one year modeling contract with Trump Modeling Management company.

This year the following contestants are vying to wear the sash of India at Miss World Supermodel 2016: Ashita Das, Nisha Rajput, Marilyn Bothello, Rameshwari Padal, Rhea Bari, Riya Sholapure, Sneha Jagiasi, Shruti Nair, Sufiya Siddiqui and Vrushali Yelve.

Since the pageant pays regard to the girl who knows how to work with the angles while giving shots to the shutterbugs, the contestants will also be judged on the basis of their poise, grace, fierceness and modelesque facial features.
