Alejandra Conde Licón was crowned Miss World Venezuela 2020 on 24th September 2020 and succeeded Miss World Venezuela 2019 Isabella Rodríguez for the title. She is going to represent Venezuela at Miss World 2020.
Alejandra is 23-years-old and stands 178 cm tall. She is currently studying third year of medicine at the Central University of Venezuela in Caracas. The diva defines herself as spontaneous, responsible, upright, cheerful, fighter and persevering in achieving her dreams. She is a lover of life and the simple, honest, and fair in her actions. She is one of the favourites for Miss World 2020/2021 title.
The diva decided to enter the pageantry world when she was 20-years-old with a dream of being a beauty queen and was adjudged as the winner of Sambil Model 2017. She later applied for Miss Venezuela 2020 and instantly became one of the favourites as she impressed everyone with her confidence, gracefulness, and determination towards winning the title. She showcased that she is committed to make Venezuela proud and thus, performed exceptionally well at the pre-pageant activities and was able to secure the crown of Miss World Venezuela 2020.
Alejandra chose to study medicine because she grew up surrounded by family members in the health area and lived closely with love, ethics, and passion for that career; and from a young age she was interested in how the human body works and how she could help heal and save other people with her knowledge. Their participation in social activities aimed at children and the elderly has always been possible, especially in Villa de Cura. She has been a volunteer in canteens and collaborated in the collection of funds and food to be able to serve the most vulnerable sectors. She has carried out various activities in low-income schools and on the streets, delivering medical supplies and gifts on special dates; and she frequently visits a care home for the elderly to bring medicine, food and joy to the grandparents who live there.
The diva is optimistic about her preparation and ability and wants to make this opportunity and platform to work for the health care sector in her community. She wants people to see that it takes a crown, or a lot of power, to be an agent of change and she strongly believes that everyone from their position can positively influence others and change lives with what they say and what they do. She is one of those who thinks that everyone should accept themselves as they are, believe in themselves and understand their own value, that everyone is different, and that is what makes them unique and special.
Alejandra considers that life is a very valuable gift and that we must take advantage of the time to live it to the fullest with responsibility and determination, trusting in ourselves, believing that nothing is impossible, recognizing that the limits are set by oneself and that with effort and dedication everything can be achieved. She wants to work with her heart to reach the hearts of all people; wants to raise its voice to make different social causes visible and guide actions for them.
The diva aspires to complete her medical studies, prepare to be a successful entertainer, have a family business, get married and start a home with children. Her dreams of being able to show the cure of many diseases such as cancer, with a united world where differences are put aside, with traveling the world and getting to know different cultures. She longs to reach old age being a successful woman on a personal and professional level, feeling full, calm, and happy with her life, knowing, and feeling that she took advantage of each day to do and work with what she likes, always having her great family by her side.
Alejandra is preparing for the finale night and is hoping to secure a high position as well. She loves to dance, laugh, and make people laugh, that is why she is passionate about discovering new things to materialize her goals, and looking for tools that make her feel successful and happy, and to be able to spread that happiness to the people she loves.
