Anne Klein Castro of Mabalacat City was crowned Mutya ng Pilipinas Pampanga 2023 at the finals of the regional pageant held on 4th November 2023 at Lakeshore. Anne will now represent Pampanga at Mutya ng Pilipinas 2023.

Anne Klein Castro is 19 years of age. On winning Mutya ng Pilipinas Pampanga 2023, Anne took to her official social media as she wrote, “Life always gives us an unexpected turns, from doubting myself, and feeling unappreciated, This journey still feels like a dream. All this time, I know now the answers of all the questions i have exactly a year ago. It is indeed true that “there’s always a right time for everything” you just have to continue believing.”

“This journey is a self-discovery and self-improvement. With this experience, I am now ready to embrace whatever comes my way. This is it Pampanga!! I can’t wait to see where this journey leads me. I am Anne Klein Castro, your newly crowned Mutya Ng Pilipinas Pampanga 2023”, she added.

The newly crowned Mutya ng Pilipinas Pampanga 2023 Anne Klein Castro’s court included –

1st Runner-up – Maria Yvonne Crocker of Mabalacat City

2nd Runner-up – Mary Rose Samson of Mabalacat City

Top 10 semi-finalists also included Geneva Lopez (Santo Tomas), Arlyn Dalusong (Arayat), Aira Lee Dayrit (Mexico), Hannielyn Angulo (Apalit), Nicole Angela Balmes (Arayat), Alaissa Joie Bondoc (Angeles City) and Elaine Haydee Villanueva (Arayat).
