Mutya Pilipinas (formerly known as Mutya Ng Pilipinas) is the newly rebranded national contest that crowns winners to represent Philippines in various international beauty pageants. The pageant has added another title to crown this year and it is none other than World Top Model Philippines.  Mutya Pilipinas Chairman Fred Yuson, Mutya Pilipinas President Cory Quirino and PMAP President Anna Siddeco were present on the occasion of signing the contract.

The winner of World Top Model Philippines will go for her international competition that will happen in Monte Carlo (in the Principality of Monaco) this coming 14th December 2019. The inclusion of the title has made the national contest even more interesting with young divas participating in the pageant who wish to pursue a career in modelling.

Now, this year’s editions winners will be sent to four international pageants namely Miss Asia-Pacific International, Miss Tourism International, Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International and World Top Model. Along with that, The Mutya Pilipinas Overseas Communities and two runners-up will complete the court.

The finale of Mutya Pilipinas 2019 will be held on 18th August 2019 at the MOA Arena where forty official contestants will compete for these titles. Chairman Fred Yuson said that, “These are exciting times for Mutya Pilipinas so you can expect more positive changes in the future as it evolves.”
