Mutya Pilipinas 2019 held its official Press Presentation today i.e. 1st August 2019 at the Citadines where the forty delegates were officially introduced to the media. The national contest, rebranded to a new name this year, is celebrating its 51st edition under the leadership of Ms Cory Quirino, the President of the organization.

The Press Presentation event was hosted by Justin Quirino, a singer and Host by profession and Pauline C. Amelinckx Mutya ng Pilipinas 2018 Global Beauty Queen. Both the celebrities did a commendable job keeping the media occupied and providing all the updates thoroughly.

The Press Presentation began with the President Cory answering all the questions from the media. Naturally, there were a few queries with changes being made to the organization and addition of another title to crown.

The contestants then strutted on the stage in their pink swimsuits, first in groups and then individually. Each of these beauties displayed confidence and elegance as they walked the stage for the first time in front of the media. The batch this year is for sure a strong one and this edition will be a fierce one!

The finale of Mutya Pilipinas 2019 will be held on 18th August 2019 at the MOA Arena. This year edition’s winners will be sent to four international pageants namely Miss Asia-Pacific International, Miss Tourism International, Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International and World Top Model. Along with that, The Mutya Pilipinas Overseas Communities and two runners-up will complete the court.
