Mutya ng Pilipinas 2017 is set to be held on 4th August 2017 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater Resorts World Manila in Pasay City and will be televised on ABS-CBN’s on August 6,2017 at 10am.

There will be 4 major titles that the contestants are vying for – Mutya ng Pilipinas – Asia Pacific International 2017, Mutya ng Pilipinas – Tourism International 2017 and Mutya ng Pilipinas – Overseas Communities 2017 as well as Miss Tourism Metropolitan International.

The 49th edition of Mutya partnered with Hotel 101 to show off the beautiful ladies who will be competing this year. There are total 30 contestants and this year’s set of contestant is lucky to be pampered and taken care by the superb staff and world class ambiance of Hotel 101.

Mutya ng Pilipinas organised their Swimsuit Competition at Hannah’s Beach Resort and Convention Center, Pagudpod, Ilocos Norte this weekend where the serene and world-class beach resort known as the “Jewel of the North” played the role of host. All the contestants graced the competition by wearing Dusky Yellow colour Swimsuits. Each one of them looked fabulous in their respective outfits and audience cheered for their favourite candidates.

The Designer’s Competition and Regional Costume will take place at The Plaza in Resorts World Manila where splashes of creativity, innovative costumes, and unique talents will fill the night as each designer presents the grandiose of cultural allure.

The Long Gown Competition will be held at Alta D’Tagaytay since this is the newest and most exciting vacation spot in Tagaytay. Finally, the grand coronation night will be done at the Newport Performing Arts Theater. The candidates also have a lineup of activities like magazine pictorials, fun VTR shoots, radio and TV guesting and a series of pre-pageant shows.
