The report was published on TVyNovelas website that said Keysi Sayago will not compete in the upcoming edition of Miss Universe as Miss Venezuela Org's Osmel Sousa could not provide franchise payment with MUO.

This figure is different for every country, and as per reports, in the case of Venezuela it is around 100 thousand dollars per year.

However, Sayago hopes that the money gets collected so that she can represent her country in the Miss Universe pageant. In 2003, Venezuela faced the similar problem when Mariangel Ruiz was informed that she could not compete because the organization could not pay the annuity.
