At the same pageant, Karla Lopez Berúmen of Aguascalientes was titled first runner-up, Citlaly Higuera Lopez of Tamaulipas was adjudged the second runner-up, Goretti Robles of Jalisco and Yareli Carrillo of Sinaloa finished in the Top 5.
