The Nuestra Belleze Puerto Rico organization is all set to host the 2022 edition of the national pageant as the organization has recently announced the Top 23 delegates competing this year. The pageant will crown three queen to represent Puerto Rico at Miss Grand International, Miss Supranational and Miss International respectively.

Marking a much awaited comeback, Oxana Rivera is one of the official delegates competing for Nuestra Belleza Puerto Rico 2022. “The dream lives on! Today I reaffirm that God's plans are perfect that there is always an opportunity or alternative that can bring an unexpected turn to the plans outlined. But that as long as there is will and capacity for attention, it is possible to rethink life in a more stimulating direction,” the diva shared as she officially shared her participation.

She further added, “I am ready to fulfill, work and follow that dream that is still very much alive in me of representing them on an international platform and with the same responsibility that characterizes me.” Last year, Oxana was one of the greatest candidates for the Miss Universe Puerto Rico crown, but she only managed to finish as the second runner-up. The diva inspired and astonished everyone with her life story and determination right from the press conference.

Oxana Rivera, 27, was born in Russia and arrived in Puerto Rico with her twin brother when she was barely 13 years old after being adopted by a Puerto Rican couple. She has consistently proven to be a strong choice to represent Puerto Rico internationally. She also speaks Spanish, English, and Russian fluently.

Oxana will definitely be a strong contender for the top ranks this year. The reigning queens, Miss Grand Puerto Rico 2021 Vivianie Diaz Arroyo, Miss Supranational Puerto Rico 2021 Karla Guilfu Acevedo and Miss International Puerto Rico 2022 Natalia Colón Figueroa will crown their successors at the end of the event.
