Philippines is undisputedly a queen in the pageant world, having won all major four titles, i.e., Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss International and Miss Earth. Following the footsteps of and coming second only to Venezuela which also has a rich cultural history in the world of pageantry.
This year, Philippines has been nothing short of a ball of fire in the international arena, performing a winning streak like never seen before. First, Alexandra Faith Garcia won the prestigious Miss Aura International 2021 title in early October. Following suit was Miss Intercontinental 2021 Cinderella Faye Obeñita who charmed the world with her elegance and claimed one of the most coveted titles in the world. Scoring a win after win, Philippines is now the official titleholder of Miss Globe 2021 as well, as Maureen Montagne beautifully won the crown last night, i.e., 5th November, 2021.
If these wins don’t speak enough for themselves, let’s take a look at the placement history of Philippines this and the past year to get a more thorough and comprehensive idea of the stature it holds in the world of pageantry.
