All about Reina Hispanoamericana 2019 Regina Peredo Gutiérrez

Regina Peredo Gutiérrez of Mexico was crowned Reina Hispanoamericana 2019 on 8th February 2020 at Salon Siriono de Fexpocruz in Sta. Cruz, Bolivia. She competed with 29 other gorgeous contestants to win the crown. She is the first ever Reina Hispanoamericana from Mexico. Reina Hispanoamericana 2018 Nariman Battikha Yanyi crowned the new queen at the 29th edition of the international pageant held after much delay due to political turmoil in the host country.

 

All about Reina Hispanoamericana 2019 Regina Peredo Gutiérrez

 

Regina Peredo hails from Puebla is 21-years-old and stands 174cm with a degree in marketing from University of the Americas Puebla (Udlap). She works as a professional model. She is a member of the UPEC association, which focuses on the problem of women’s empowerment and promotion of proper nutrition and human development. She describes herself as an altruistic, generous, charismatic and innovative person.  After winning the title, Regina expressed her happiness, “This crown means showing the world what we Mexicans are made of. I feel very proud of being the winner because it has been a very long preparation path and a lot of discipline, where I have learned to mature and grow.”

Regina Peredo stepped in the world of pageantry for the first time when she participated and was crowned Mexicana Universal Puebla 2018 in October 2018. Since, she has gained much experience and knowledge in the world of pageantry in terms of body postures, body language, speech, on-stage walk, fashion, angles and socializing with other contestants.

Regina Peredo was considered as one of the favorites for the title of Reina Hispanoamericana 2019 as she not only has a pretty face but extremely confident and charismatic personality. She has a kind heart and is very appreciable about all her fellow contestants. She speaks of her companions and refers to them as her closest allies at the time of feeling loved, respected and admired, reciprocal feelings, since it indicates that she has learnt something from each of them. Regina Peredo managed to capture the audience as well as judge’s attention throughout the competition and embraced the fact that she was in the middle of so many gorgeous delegates who were equally talented, beautiful and capable of winning the title. Her simplicity and humility were characterized as the essential key to winning her the crown of Reina Hispanoamericana for Mexico in the history of this beauty contest.  

During the competition, the jury for the interview round composed of international personalities such as fashion designer Rosita Hurtado and architect Behr Champana Gagneron, where the Mexican delegate won a notable advantage over the other candidates. “What impressed us the whole jury was that, in addition to being a beautiful girl with an excellent silhouette and an impeccable catwalk, Regina has a great personality. She presented herself very simple, very humble and spoke of her defects as a person, which did not it is normal to hear from a candidate in a beauty contest, "said Champana.

The newly crowned queen thanked everyone who supported her during her journey for the Reina Hispanoamericana 2019. “We have managed to conquer the heart of all Latin America. Thank you for all your love and support. This crown belongs to each one of you, to all my companions and to all MEXICO. Lupita Jones, national director of Mexicana Universal, admitted to feeling proud, satisfied and happy about this triumph for Mexico. “For me, Regina's triumph is like the cherry on the cake. It is seeing that so much dedication, dedication and passion focused on each of these girls pays off. Our work shows when the girls achieve a good performance, but this does not mean that we do not work every day and every year, "said Jones.

Regina Peredo Gutiérrez will take over the duties of Reina Hispanoamericana shortly, after spending some time with her family in Buenos Aires. Regina feels extremely proud and blessed that she has been able to bring such pride to Mexico with her sheet dedication and hard-work to win the title. She has personally thanked the team of coaches, her family and friends for their love, support and motivation. The people of Mexico are very proud that Regina has been able to make her stand in the world and shown that the Mexicans have beautiful, intelligent women with a big heart.
