Carolina Fernandez Menacho is the newly designated representative of Bolivia at the upcoming Reina Hispanoamericana 2021 that is scheduled to take place in October in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. She succeeds Reina Hispanoamericana Bolivia 2019, Dayana Angélica Romero Montaño for the title.
Carolina is 24-years-old and stands 168 cm tall. She attended the Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in commercial engineering. She was crowned as Miss International Bolivia 2020 on 14th November 2020 at the Red Uno Studios.
The diva is excited about the new role and is going to start her preparations for the competition. She feels blessed and grateful for the opportunity and has assured that she will perform her best at the competition to make Bolivia proud. Her social project is based on helping older adults and women victims of violence. She is not new to the beauty pageant world as she was the queen of the Pandino Carnival 2015 and has shown immense dedication towards winning the title.
On 23rd November 2020, she was honored by the municipal council of Cobija, Pando for winning the Miss International Bolivia 2020 title. She was awarded ‘Favorite Daughter of Cobija’ by the president of the institution, Ana Paola Valenzuela, who mentioned, "Carolina is a worthy representative, so the commitment must be made by everyone to support her, both institutions and the people. Through social networks, we must encourage her. We hope that she will reach important places in international competitions. She is a worthy representative of Pando and Bolivia. " Meanwhile, the Governor of the department, Paola Terrazas, granted an award of 'Ambassador of Pandina Beauty' to the beauty queen.
Carolina speaks three languages; English, Spanish and Portuguese, and is very confident in herself. Carolina uses her social media to encourage people to not listen to people who doubt them and to constantly work hard to achieve their goals. In one of her posts she mentioned, "There will always be people who doubt you. Just make sure that one of them is not you. YOU CAN! Stay away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Little people always do that, but really great people make you feel like you can be great too. "
The diva is beautiful, confident, experienced, and well equipped with knowledge of beauty pageants, which will help her to prepare well and perform her best on-stage at Reina Hispanoamericana 2021. She mentioned that she has immense support from her friends and family when it comes to beauty pageants, for which she has always been grateful because strong support is always a motivating factor when one participates in competitions.
