Reina Hispanoamericana 2022, the 31st edition of Reina Hispanoamericana, will be held on 25th March 2023 in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Reina Hispanoamericana 2021 Andrea Bazarte of Mexico will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

Philippines only holds one Reina Hispanoamericana crown under its belt until now, however, the country has managed to give a decent performance in the last few years. From Teresita Marquez winning the Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 crown to winning fourth runner-up position in 2019 under Maria Katrina Llegado’s delegation and Emmanuelle Vera winning third runner-up position in 2021, the country is now trying to find its place in the pageant.

This year, Ingrid Santamaria is getting ready to represent Philippines at Reina Hispanoamericana 2022. Not new to the pageantry, Ingrid Santamaria from Parañaque placed in the Top 10 at Miss Universe Philippines 2021 held on 30th September 2021.

She’s more confident, self-assured and polished this time and it will show with her performance at Reina Hispanoamericana 2022. Ingrid graduated from De La Salle University graduating as a cum laude with a degree in Communications. She loves to travel, explore other cultures, and is a certified beach lover. An athlete and a writer, Ingrid was also able to work in Marketing PR and E-commerce before joining the pageant industry.

Last year, Emmanuelle Vera represented Philippines at the Reina Hispanoamericana 2021 pageant and was adjudged as the third runner-up. For this year’s edition, Ingrid is strong, skilled, and passionate and will definitely prove to be a strong contender for the international title. If she wins, she will be the second winner from Philippines to be crowned with the Reina Hispanoamericana crown.
