Reinado Internacional del Café organization, through their official social media, announced Kim Do (Vietnamese name: Ð? Hoàng Kim) as the official representative of Canada at Reinado Internacional del Café 2024.

Kim hails from Calgary and stands 5 feet 6 inches tall. Not new to the pageantry in Canada, Kim holds the title of Miss Calgary 2022. She also participated in Miss Universe Canada 2023 where she was adjudged as the third runner-up. Kim then also competed at Miss International Canada 2023 where she placed in the Top 7 with her stellar performance.

The organization announced her delegation as they wrote, “Coffee in Canada is appreciated for its diversity and quality. Although the country is not known for producing coffee beans, it has a thriving coffee scene that embraces specialty coffee culture. Canadian cities are home to numerous artisanal coffee shops that stand out for their meticulous preparation techniques and the use of high-quality beans from various regions of the world.”

“Canadians enjoy a variety of styles of coffee, from classic espresso to elaborate latte drinks and cold coffee options. Also, Canada's coffee culture goes beyond the beverage itself, as many cafes offer cozy spaces to socialize, work, or just relax”, they added.

The 52nd edition of Reinado Internacional del Café will be held in January 2024 at the Fundadores Theater, Manizales, Caldas, Colombia where Isabella Bermúdez Nieto from Colombia will crown her successor as Reinado Internacional del Café 2024.
