Riana Pangindian Binibining Pilipinas 2016 finalist number 5 is taking up Secondary Education at the University of Santo Tomas. She is majoring in Biological Science and aspires to become a good teacher of Biology to High School students in the future.

The beauty is a veteran in the world of pageantry as she has participated in various campus pageants and has still managed to remain modest and focused on doing well in her studies.

However, she wants to try her luck while participating at this year’s coveted pageant of Bb. Pilipinas. Riana is ecstatically enjoying all the learning and taking all the trainings of Binibining Pilipinas positively.

The Binibini shared her thoughts as she says –“My journey in Binibining Pilipinas so far has been an enjoyable learning experience. I truly learn new things everyday, from make-up tips to fashion dos & don’ts, proper diet and also finding varied routes to the different designated venues which come in really handy to enable me to make it early to our call time.”

Adding – “most cherished learning, however, is from the bits and pieces of information I discover about the staffs and my (ates) co-candidates’ lives (and tips) shared in our candid conversations in between shoots and waiting time. I take such disclosures to heart, since admittedly, I’m still a novice in this prestigious pageant, having only school pageantry activities as my only experience. I’m a relatively shy person so I push myself beyond my comfort zone and rise above the daily challenges of a Binibini with the constant support and guidance of my family and the people i value the most.”

“The activities may be exhausting and challenging at times but i enjoy every bit of it, really. We have less than a month until the coronation night! I will undoubtedly miss the bonding moments I share everyday with the lovely Binibinis.”

The fifty-third edition of Binibining Pilipinas pageant 2016 (Miss Universe Philippines 2016), is on the road to the finale and is scheduled to be held on April 17’ 2016 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, Quezon City, Philippines.
