The contestants of Miss Universe Malaysia 2015 are revealed and the beauties are at full swing to achieve the coveted title. Miss Universe Malaysia is the annual national beauty pageant that selects representative of Malaysia for Miss Universe international pageant. Miss Universe Malaysia 2015 commences as reality TV show on February 2' 2015 with webcast on the official YouTube channel of Miss Universe Malaysia on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9.30 pm Kuala Lumpur time. The telecast on 8TV commences March 11' 2015 on Wednesdays at 9.30 pm Kuala Lumpur time. Let’s meet the remaining contestants of Miss Universe Malaysia 2015.
On the list today, we have, Shaelina Martin. Shaelina is a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and is currently a first year medical student. Shaelina is a young and chirpy girl who believes that one should always try something once. She is inclined towards music and enjoys singing in church, playing the piano and Latin dancing. Shaelina likes reading and hopes to volunteer with the Doctors Abroad Foundation in third world countries, once she becomes a qualified medical doctor.
Next on line we have is Shalini Mathialagan. Shalini comes from a multi-racial family, and is of mixed Indian-Chinese parentage. Hence, she is proficient in several languages and dialects. She is currently working as a flight attendant on chartered umrah flights. Since the age of 14, Shalini wanted to enter the world of pageantry. She likes cooking and baking, and her forte is curries and chocolate chip cookies. Previously, she used to teach the kids at kindergarten which spurred her desire to open a childhood education Centre in the future.
Let’s take a look at our next contestant, Sugeeta Chandran. Sugeeta is a degree holder in physiology and is a graduate in human resources. Sugeeta is not new to pageants and has prior experience in the pageant industry for the year 2012. She has also been a known face in TV commercials, music videos, and telemovies. Sugeeta is trained in Indian classical Music and instruments like, veena and piano. She is a huge fan of Bollywood and aspires to break into the South Indian film industry. Sugeeta lives by the principles of ahimsa and is a vegetarian since 3 years. If she gets an opportunity, she would like to build a playhouse for the underprivileged children.
Let’s welcome the next contestant of Miss Universe Malaysia 2015, Vaishnevi Thanaseharan. Vaishnevi is a final year scholarship student in medicine. She started training in classical Indian music, at a young age of 3 and learned to play veena by the age of 5. Vaishnevi enjoys cookoing and baking, and has a fetish for sweet dish and desserts. She describes herself as a determined and curious person and her dream is to work with the World Health Organization.
Next on line is Vanessa Tevi. Born with Indian Chinese parentage, Vanessa is fluent in Mandarin. Vanessa is a graduate in tourism management in UK and interned for a year in the States. After completing her internship, she started working at a hotel in Singapore. Vanessa is a sport enthusiast, who was also a swimmer in school. She enjoys outdoor activities like bungee jumping, skydiving, hiking and jumping off cliffs. Vanessa has an obsession with cleanliness and describes herself as outgoing, loud and friendly.
