Señorita Panamá 2019 held its preliminary competition night on 11th May 2019 where the twenty four aspirants for the crown competed in Swimsuit and Talent competition to prove their worth in the competition. Opening with a Congo dance, the contestants danced with energy and confidence. They also strutted on the stage wearing wine coloured suits and introduced themselves in front of the audience. All these girls looked ready for the battle to the crown and showcased elegance and perfection.

The event was hosted by the reigning beauties Señorita Panamá Mundo 2018 Solaris Barba, Shirel Ortíz, Señorita Panama Earth 2018 Diana Lemos and Señorita Panama 2018 Rosa Iveth Montezuma. Rose Iveth dazzled on the stage wearing a naguas design dress and impressed the audience with her beauty and charm.

The preliminary night was held as the contestants were separated into groups and performed with utter sincerity and dedication. The points won on the preliminary competition will be added to the performance of the candidates on the final night.

With the preliminary night being a huge success, the finale’s preparation has begun with full swing. In special attendance on the coronation night will be Miss International 2018 Mariem Claret Velazco and Miss Universe 2005 Natalie Glebova. It sure is going to be a star studded night!

The finale of Señorita Panama 2019 will be held on 20th June 2019 where the reigning queens will relinquish their crowns and crown their successor to represent Panama in various international beauty pageants. A tribute will also be paid to the reigning beauties as the details are still being hashed out by the organization. Rolando Sterling and Michelle Simmons will also be in charge of the event.
