Señorita Panamá 2020 will be held on 16th May 2020 as twenty-nine stunning beauties have been selected to compete for the national crown and the opportunity to represent Panama in Miss Universe 2020. The contest will also crown Miss International Panamá 2020 and Miss Grand Panamá 2020.

Even though Valeria Franceschi didn’t join this year’s batch of Señorita Panamá, she sure is an ideal contender for Señorita Panamá 2021 crown. Valeria is a professional model and has made a strong base for herself in the pageant world.

Standing 183 cm tall, Valeria also comes from a pageant family as her mother is none other than Miss Costa Rica 1995 and a Panamanian father. Her mother represented Costa Rica in Miss Universe 1995 and has inspired Valeria in infinite ways. “From my mother I have learnt many things, to be authentic, to maintain my essence to always give my best. And as for the contests, she tells me that a beauty queen must be a spark, and that the contest must be like a contest but without causing problems”, she explained.

Another doctor in the making, Valeria is a medical student. Her pageantry career is nothing short of spectacular as she began in Miss Teen Earth Costa Rica 2015. Next year, she participated in Miss Teen Beauty Panamá 2016 and impressed everyone with her confidence and beauty.

In 2018, Valeria was crowned Miss Teenager Panamá 2018 and went on to participate in her first international platform in Miss Teen International 2018. She followed in the footsteps of Massiel Llamas who won years ago and Laura De Santics who was awarded first finalist. With her stunning beauty and hardwork and determination, Valeria was awarded Miss Teenager Continents 2018 title. All of her experience that she has gained in her career, Valeria has shown immense promise to represent her country again at a prestigious institution such as Miss Universe. If she participates in Señorita Panamá 2021 next year, Valeria will be a strong contender for Miss Universe 2021 crown.
