In the end of grand coronation night of Miss Venezuela 2017, Sthefany Yoharlis Gutiérrez from Delta Amacuro was crowned Miss Venezuela 2017. She will now represent Venezuela in Miss Universe 2018. Sthefany succeeds Miss Venezuela 2016 Keysi Sayago and was crowned by her at the final event.
Sthefany is 18 years of age and stands tall at 175 cm. She hails from Barcelona and is a Law student.
Her court included Miss Venezuela World 2018 Veruska Betania Ljubisavljevic Rodríguez from Vargas and Miss Venezuela International 2018 Mariem Claret Velazco García from Barinas.

First Finalist - Biliannis Álvarez (Falcón)
Second Finalist – Megan Beci (Amazonas)
Miss Health and Aesthetics - Sthefany Gutiérrez (Delta Amacuro)
The other contestants to enter Top 10 are Oriana Rodríguez (Aragua), Sofia Rodríguez (Capital District), Oriana Gil (Miranda), Nariman Battikha (Portuguese), Rosangela Matos (Yaracuy).
Venezuela has won seven Miss Universe titles so far, and is next only to USA which has won eight titles.
