Ruhika Dass, who was crowned as Femina Miss India Karnataka 2017 previously confirmed of not keeping well since last few weeks. Due to her prolong illness, Ruhika had to step back from the title. Now, Swathi Muppala is the new official sash bearer of Karnataka at Femina Miss India 2017.

Swathi Muppala has been intimated quite late and audience is now expecting the Karnataka’s representative to play her cards well in the competition of Femina Miss India 2017 depending on the preparations and work on “Beauty with a purpose’’ project.

Swathi is a strong, independent, energetic and charming woman who believes that living each day with honour, respect and dignity is an achievement. She is a professional model who likes sports, dancing and swimming in free time. She was previously a participant of Mega model hunt 2014. She has been ambitious since childhood and believes that being optimistic is the key to achieve everything you ever want. Our beauty is quite an adrenaline junkie who loves challenges and does not shy away from tackling them. Her deepest desire is to not just win the Miss India title, but to go and notch up the title of Miss World.

Femina Miss India 2017 winner and runner ups will later represent India at International level. Our outgoing queen Priyadarshini chatterjee will crown the new beauty queen at the pageant which is scheduled to be held in the month of June. We wish the best candidate to win the contest.
