For the preliminary competitions leading to the finale of Miss Earth 2017 - talent, swimsuit, long gown and resort wear - the candidates have been divided into three groups and will compete in their respective groups and Top 3 winners from each group for each contest will be declared, and the results of these contests do count in the final judgement.
On 11th October 2017, the talent competition for Group 3 candidates was held, which saw some outstanding display of talent and performance by the delegates. The competition was held at Versailles Palace, Alabang and undoubtedly everyone looked exquisite donning their colourful outfits. The beauties exhibited different art forms that they are best at. Some of them chose singing as the medium to portray their talent, while few went for a melodious ballet recital, and some went dancing to showcase their talent. It was an eye-pleasing moment to watch these pretty ladies come out as strong artistic divas with an array of talent that made them outshine as an embodiment of real beauty - both inside and out.
