As announced by Promociones Gloria a few hours ago on the social media, Teresita Sánchez has replaced Maria Jose Terrazas as the new Miss Grand Bolivia 2020 and will represent Bolivia at Miss Grand International 2020. Teresita succeeds Miss Grand Bolivia 2019 Carolina Paz Rojas.
Teresita also announced her appointment in a post that she captioned, “MISS GRAND BOLIVIA 2020! Thanks to all Bolivians and people around the world who have supported me from the first moment. I will do my best in all aspects. Thanks to @pgloriaoficialfor the great designation and mainly to my parents.”
Teresita is 20 years of age and stands 182 cm tall. She was a finalist at Miss Bolivia 2020 and thus has all the potential to be a strong contender at Miss Grand International 2020.
There is no reason given by the organization as to why Maria Jose Terrazas will not be participating at the upcoming Miss Grand International.
After all the delays due to covid-19 pandemic across the world, Miss Grand International 2020 will be held in Thailand. All the delegates will arrive to Phuket at the beginning of March where they will quarantine together for 14 days. The final show will be held on 27th March 2021 in Bangkok.
