Last year, Mariem Claret Velazco of Venezuela was crowned Miss International 2018 as she performed with excellence at the international contest. Mariem was born and raised in San Tomé, Venezuela. The Venezuelan beauty has been fulfilling her duties with utmost sincerity and dedication as her reign is coming to an end.

This year, Melissa Jimenez Miss International Venezuela 2019 is representing her country in Miss International 2019. The 20-year-old Melissa stands 174 cm tall and is currently pursuing a course in Nutrition and Diet. Besides being a stunning model, she is also a gymnast and a life coach. Being under the shadow of her predecessor who holds the Miss International title, the pressure is sure on the beautiful diva to perform as well as she can to bring home the crown.

If Melissa brings home the Miss International 2019 crown, Venezuela would be able to achieve its back-to-back win in Miss International pageant which will also be the first back-to-back win ever at the pageant.
