Miss Universe U.S. Virgin Islands 2016 has chosen its representative for the coveted Miss Universe 2016 pageant. The Miss Universe U.S. Virgin Islands organization has appointed Carolyn Whitney Carter Heller as Miss Universe U.S. Virgin Islands 2016.

Carolyn Whitney Carter Heller (also known as Carolyn Carter) was appointed as Miss Universe U.S. Virgin Islands 2016 at a small ceremony took place in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands on May 2’ 2016.

Carolyn Carter is currently working as an actress and model in US Virgin Islands and this worldwide famous beauty queen known for her first-class work all over the USA.

Carolyn Carter is a pageant veteran as she has represented U.S. Virgin Islands at Miss World 2010, Miss Supranational 2011 and Miss Earth 2012.

Carolyn Carter has also modeled for Gottex and other giant brands and has appeared in celebrated Mexico’s Harper’s Bazaar and Vogue Magazines. 

After 5 years of interval, the US Virgin Islands will be returning to the Miss Universe pageant. US Virgin Islands has never won the Miss Universe title since its participation.

US Virgin Islands placed at Miss Universe last through Cherrie Raphaelia Creque, who was a Top 15 finalist at Miss Universe 1971.
