Katarina Sulkic, Miss Kosovo and Metoija, was crowned Miss Serbia 2015 at the end of the beauty pageant held on October 12, 2015. She will now represent her country at Miss World 2016. Her predecessor Marija Cetkovic will compete at the upcoming Miss World Pageant to be held on December 20, 2015 in Sanya, China.
At the same coronation night, Bojana Bojanic was titled as the first runner-up, who is expected to compete at Miss Universe 2016. Meanwhile, Teodora Jankovic clinched the title of the second runner-up. She is expected to compete at this year’s Miss Earth pageant.
The 17 year old beauty was not the frontrunner, but managed to grapple the crown away from the other preferred contestants. Katarina represented her country Kosovska Mitrovica at the pageant.
Katarina Sulkic is a singer who once participated in a televised contest in her country. The program was called “Glas ibarske doline” and it is evident that she is an outstanding singer. This would allow Katarina to hassle-freely prevail in the talent contest when she competes at Miss World.
Miss Serbia (Serbian: Miss Srbije) is the annual national beauty pageant of Serbia responsible for selecting representatives to Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss Earth and Miss International since 2006. The winner of Miss Serbia represents Serbia in Miss World, first runner-up will represent Serbia at the Miss Universe.
