Meet Bebiana Mangal Miss World Saint Lucia 2016 finalist. Hailing from a small community of L’Anse Road Castries, Bebiana Mangal is competing to clinch the coveted crown of Miss World Saint Lucia 2016.

Bebiana is the daughter of a boat captain and an office manager. Since both her parents came from under-developed communities, Bebiana grew up with the aim to be successful and the ambition to realize her dreams. She has always pushed herself to be successful in every field she steps in.

Bebiana attended the Camille Henry Memorial School. She continued her education at the Saint Josephs Convent Secondary School where she graduated with grade ones in eight cxc subjects, namely, Mathematics, English, Spanish, English Literature, Economics, Principles of Business, Human and Social Biology and Food and Nutrition.

Her former teacher Mrs. Kate Cornibert has been an inspiration to her. In her words, Bebiana finds personal strength and the words of wisdom. She was the one who made Bebiana believe that everything is possible, you just need to work hard to get it. Bebiana abides by the saying, “the only place where success comes before work is in the dictionary”.

Apart from academics, the beauty enjoys modelling and wants to go ahead with a career in modelling alongside exploring the business world. She is currently an employee in the Sales and Marketing department at Flow, St. Lucia. In her spare time, Bebiana enjoys Salsa, Yoga and learning new makeup hacks and tricks. She aspires to cultivate and nurture the future of children, work on personality development of the children and work towards giving them a successful life.
