Miss Aura International 2021 Alexandra Faith Garcia of Philippines, fulfilled her dream of walking the international runway at the just finished Milan Fashion Week, two months before she relinquishes her crown.

Garcia stunned the Milan media and fashion observers with her regal grace and aura while wearing the avant-garde works of Katniss Griffiths, a Filipino-American designer located in California. "I am grateful for the opportunity," Garcia remarked, adding that she also modelled Griffiths' collection among other European beauty.

"I realised that in order to enjoy all types of crafts, you must first learn to like and play with them,” she added. Garcia was particularly delighted to have collaborated with Griffiths, who has fought for diversity in international fashion circles, to present Filipino craftsmanship in a major fashion arena such as Milan.

Garcia glistened like a blue peacock at the Hotel dei Cavalieri Milano, where she was joined by beauty queen-models from Cyprus, Greece, Romania, Egypt, and the Philippines. Griffiths is also the owner and CEO of the Miss Aura International Philippines franchise, which will begin looking for Garcia's replacement in May.

Garcia is grateful for her time as Miss Aura International, despite the pandemic. Garcia, who described her pageant experience as a "twist of faith," was one of the 2020-2021 Binibining Pilipinas contestants, one of the most memorable batches of the pageant due to the overwhelming number of strong-willed women who survived the contest delays due to the epidemic.

At the national competition, Garcia did not make it to the Top 4 queens, but she did win the title after Griffiths appointed her as the first Pinay representative to the Miss Aura International, which she won. The diva will now be crowning her successor as Miss Aura Philippines 2022 on 7th May 2022, who will represent the Philippines in the 17th Miss Aura International pageant in Turkey.
