The history of Eco-Beauty video becoming a part of the Miss Earth ethnicity, was initially inspired by Portugal’s Susana Nogueira, who launched an introductory short film in the year 2011, where she not only described about herself, but also talked about the climatic issues of her country/region. At that time, she was the only one who had initiated that kind of video.

In 2012, the Miss Earth Organization launched the very first ‘ECO-BEAUTY’ online video voting contest as part of their new challenge. A point-earning contest, laid out for the gorgeous Eco beauties that year, to make the race for the crown more exciting!

Following the tradition, each delegate of the Miss Earth 2015 posted their Eco-Beauty videos, which is one of the many requirements by the Miss Earth pageant.

Among all the videos which are now available on ‘YouTube’ via the Miss Earth channel, one has embodied what a true earth warrior should be, and that is Miss Earth Mongolia 2015, Bayartsetseg Altangerel who is also known as Bela.

Her Eco-Beauty Video is ecstatic and most powerful to watch this year. She describes the mesmerizing and the stunning landscapes, mysterious culture of Mongolia and the awesome adventurous spirit of herself.  

In her documentary, “Back to the Roots”, which was made way before she was crowned Miss Earth Mongolia 2015, it is evidently clear that Bela is high on her spirit and she doesn’t need fame.

She also brilliantly explains the nomadic lifestyle of the Mongolians, and how nature was, is and will always be a part of their daily life; how atmosphere change has made their lives more tricky for not being able to forecast weather patterns; and how winters have become warmer and forced the nomads to adapt to such reality.

Her fantastic production also highlighted her diverse facets and qualities. She is truly a determined, self-made soul that goes for whatever she dreams of. By profession, the lady is an actress, appearing in a Hollywood TV series ‘MARCO POLO’. She also works as a model, who loves to travel the world, and most prominently she is a believer of mother earth, planting more than 120,000 trees in the great Mongolia plains. This is one woman who has her fate in her hands and she wants to make an unforgettable impact.

Her video of the stunning and exotic Asiatic beauty goes viral and has become everyone’s favourite. In less than 24 hours it has gathered more than 20,000 views becoming the most watched eco-video of 2015.
