Meet Wiggins Miss Kansas USA 2016, who was crowned at the regional finals held on November 29’ 2015. She was crowned by the outgoing queen Brittany McGowan. Victoria will represent Kansas at the Miss USA 2016 pageant.

At the same event, Rachel Morris was titled first runner-up and Taylor Schettler was adjudged second runner-up. Also, Madison Moore was crowned as Miss Teen Kansas USA 2016. Madison will represent Kansas at Miss Teen USA 2016 pageant next year.

25 years old Victoria hails from Milford Lake, Kansas. The beauty queen graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University in Missouri. Victoria is not new to the world of pageantry and has been a part of the glamour world since the age of 15. She was the fourth runner-up at the Oklahoma Teen USA 2007 pageant, and ended up as one of the semi finalists at the Oklahoma Teen USA 2008 pageant. Her glamour list doesn’t end here. Victoria was a semi finalist at Miss Missouri USA 2012 and 2013. She won first runner-up title at the Miss Missouri USA 2014 and second runner-up at Miss Missouri USA 2015.

Kansas has had a decent performance at the Miss USA pageant, with only one Miss USA title so far. Kelli McCarty from Kansas won the Miss USA title in the year 1991. Danielle Boatwright Miss Kansas USA 1996 and Lindsay Douglas Miss Kansas USA 2002 finished as the first runner-up at the Miss USA pageant. Kansas has managed two second runners-up and one third runner-up with five semi-finalist placements at the Miss USA.
