Miss Supranational 2023, the 14th edition of Miss Supranational, was held tonight, i.e. 14 July 2023, at Strzelecki Park Amphitheater, Nowy Sacz, Malopolska, Poland where Andrea Aguilera, representing, Ecuador, was crowned the new queen. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Supranational 2022 Lalela Mswane.
Andrea Aguilera was born in Ventanas, Ecuador. She was studying medicine at the University of Guayaquil, in 2021 before she had to pause her studies to compete in pageantry. Not new to the pageantry, Andrea was crowned Miss Grand Ecuador 2021 after which she won the chance to represent Ecuador at Miss Grand International 2021 held in Bangkok, Thailand on 4th December 2021 where she was crowned as the 1st Runner-Up. She was an absolute stunner through and through at the competition.
The newly crowned Miss Supranational 2023 Andrea Aguilera’s court included –
1st Runner-Up - Pauline Amelinckx of Philippines
2nd Runner-Up – Sancler Frantz of Brazil
3rd Runner-Up – Emma Rose Collingridge of UK
4th Runner-Up – Ngân Ð?ng Thanh of Vietnam
Top 12 also included Crystal Matos of Dominican Republic, Michelle Lopez Desoisa of Gibraltar, Pragnya Ayyagari of India, Vanessa López of Mexico, Luna-Isabella Stienstra of Netherlands, Valeria Flórez of Peru, Camille Fabery of Puerto Rico.
Top 24 also included Dabilo Moses of Botswana, Valentina Mora of Colombia, Andreina Pereira of Curacao (contestant choice), Luciana Martínez of El Salvador, Yasinta Aurellia of Indonesia, Deidre Walker of Malaysia, Aleksandra Klepaczka of Poland, Ayanda Thabethe of South Africa, Lola Wilson of Spain, Patraporn Wang of Thailand, Selene Delgado of Venezuela, Sakhile Dube of Zimbabwe (supra model of the year).

The finale also saw a number of special awards being announced; Miss Congeniality was awarded to South Africa’s Ayanda Thabethe, Miss Photogenic was awarded to El Salvador’s Luciana Martínez, Best National Costume was awarded to Thailand’s Patraporn Wang.
The accomplished panel of jury included Luis Daniel Gálvez – Mister Supranational 2022 from Cuba, Srinidhi Shetty – Miss Supranational 2016 from India, Lalela Mswane – Miss Supranational 2022 from South Africa, Gerhard Patzutka Von Lipinski – president of the Miss and Mister Supranational organization, Marcelina Zawadzka – Television Host, model and Miss Polonia 2011 and Monika Lewczuk – Singer and Miss Supranational 2011 from Poland.
