The Miss Intercontinental 2016 finals are right around the corner. Amidst all the predictions, hopes, and much waiting, we are wondering if this year it will be the Philippines to claim the honourable title.

In the year 2013, Philippines beauty Koreen Medina was placed as the third runner up. The next year, Kris Tiffany Janson from Philippines made it to the second runner-up position. In 2015, Philippines’s envoy Christi Lynn McGarry was titled the first runner up at the Miss Intercontinental pageant.

The 2016 ambassador from Philippines for Miss Intercontinental beauty pageant is the stunning beauty, Jennifer Ruth Hammond. Jennifer is a strong contender. Her cute looks, perfectly toned physique, a heart-melting smile, and her determination to win are all it takes to get closer to the crown. She is confident, sensational, and a woman with a good heart.

The 25 year old had been working as a nurse. Jennifer studied at Manila Tytana College and graduated from Perpetual Help. Though she enjoyed being in one of the noblest professions, she doesn’t want to pursue it as a career. Jennifer always wanted to be a beauty queen and is inspired by Miss International 2013 Bea Rose Santiago and Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach.

Jennifer Hammond has a plus point that she can carry off any outfit with grace and poise, whether it is swimwear, casual wear, or an evening dress. She even grabbed the special award of Best in Long Gown before adorning the crown at Bb Pilipinas 2016 pageant. The beauty from Laguna is also a member of the Professional Models Association of the Philippines.

So far, Jennifer has won many hearts during her journey at Miss Intercontinental 2016. Jennifer has been in the limelight during the pre-pageant activities. Her charm and vivaciousness is hard to ignore. With lot of hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm, the young woman has become a strong contestant and is all set to achieve her goal of grabbing the Miss Intercontinental 2016 title for her country.

The 45th Miss Intercontinental beauty pageant is scheduled to be held at the Stein Studios, Colombo in Sri Lanka, on the 16th October 2016. The ceremony will conclude with Miss Intercontinental 2015 Valentina Rasulova of Russia crowning one of the 60 contestants as her successor.
