The grand finale of Miss World Guam 2016 held today finally culminated into a life-changing day for the winner Miss World Guam 2016 Phoebe Denight Palisoc. The beauty was crowned by the outgoing queen Miss World Guam 2015, Aria Perez Theisen. Aria happens to pass the crown on her birthday
Aiyana Baker Shedd was adjudged as the first runner up, Shania Mesngon placed as the second runner up, followed by Audre Laguana Dela Cruz who was placed as the third runner up at the finals of the the pageant.
At the maginificent finale, a few special awards were also announced. Phoebe Palisoc won the Miss Photogenic title. The Miss Congeniality title went to the gorgeous contestant Sharla Sandlin, while Rholaine Gaerlan won the People’s Choice award.
Later, the six semi-finalists were announced. The six stunning beauties were Kiana Santos, Phoebe Palisoc, Aiyana Baker, Audre Dela Cruz, Shania Mesgnon, and Kyanna Sablan. From these six the final contenders for the gleaming crown were selected.
Shania, Phoebe, Aiyana and Audre won the semi final round, and then the four beauties were adjudged on their beauty, talent, and personality before the final winner was announced.
Phoebe Palisoc will now contest at one of the most renowned beauty pageants in the world, the Miss World 2016 as a representative of her country, Guam.
