Miss Malaysia World 2014 final gala night was held on August 30' 2014 at Ballroom, Corus Hotel, Jalan Ampang, Malaysia. At the same venue, a day before the final gala night, preliminary and subsidiary title awards night was also held.

Dewi Liana Seriestha was crowned as Miss Malaysia World 2014 at the conclusion of the pageant, and will now represent Malaysia at Miss World 2014 pageant scheduled for December 14' 2014 in London, England. Twenty-one (21) finalists competed for the title of Miss Malaysia World 2014.

Runner-ups at Miss Malaysia World 2014 were - First runner-Up: Bob Low Sze Yie, Second runner-Up: Cassandra Devi Jeremiah, Third runner-Up: Dhivya Dhyana and Fourth runner-Up: Olivia Shyan

In 2013, Melinder Bhullar won the title Miss Malaysia World 2013. She represented Malaysia at Miss World 2013 pageant, though remained unplaced at the event.
