Miss Earth Malta 2015 is a national beauty pageant held in Malta which selects representative of Malta for Miss Earth pageant. The pageant abides by the motto of “Beauties for A Cause”. 

Finals of the Mis Earth Malta 2015 pageant were held on February 28 2015 with a total of ten (10) contestants competing for the title. The winner of the Miss Earth Malta 2015 will represent her country at the Miss Earth 2015 pageant. The 10 finalists of Miss Earth Malta 2015 - Alexia Fenech, Claire Buttigieg, Fabienne Bezzina, Katya Camilleri, Natalya Galdes, Nathalie Camilleri, Rachel Cassar, Roxy Reale, Shanelle Farrugia, and Tarniem Eskander. 

At the conclusion of the pageant, Alexia Fenech was crowned the winner, and she will now represent Malta at Miss Earth 2015 pageant to be held in Philippines.

Prior to 2015, the pageant was last held in the year 2012, where Yasmin Falzon from Valletta was crowned Miss Earth Malta 2012. The previous winners of Miss Earth Malta are -Maria Elena Galea (2008), Alison Gallea Valletta (2009), Christine Mifsud (2010) and Yasmin Falzon (2012). So far Malta has remained unplaced at the finals of Miss Earth.
