Miss Norway 2018 (also known as Miss Universe Norway 2018) finale was held on 28th July 2018, and at the conclusion of the finale Susanne Næss Guttorm was crowned Miss Universe Norway 2018 and will represent Norway in Miss Universe 2018 international beauty pageant.

At the same event, Madelen Michelsen was crowned Miss World Norway 2018 and will represent Norway in Miss World 2018 international beauty pageant.
