Miss Peru 2019 (also known as Miss Perú Universo 2019/ Miss Peru Universe 2019) finale was held on 20th October 2019 with ten contestants competing for the titles of Miss Universe Peru 2019, Miss Supranational Peru 2019 and Miss Grand Peru 2020. Miss Universe Spain 2018 Ángela Ponce was the special guest at the event.

Miss Peru 2019 was re-held subsequent to the dethronement of earlier crowned queen Anyella Grados, and was called “Reinas de reinas” or “Queen of Queens”. The candidates who competed in the finale were –
