Miss Tourism Philippines 2018 finale was held on 25th August 2018 at Chateau Royale Resort in Batangas and at the conclusion of the finale, Kathleen Tagle Gomez from Balete, Batangas was crowned Miss Tourism World Philippines 2018. Kathleen succeeds the last year winner Miss Tourism Philippines 2017 & Miss Tourism World Asia 2018 Marian Angelu Perez Alcantara and will represent her country in Miss Tourism World 2018. Kathleen also won the award for Miss Photogenic.

Press conference of Miss Tourism Philippines 2018 was held on 13th July when the twenty-seven beauties, slated to compete for the several titles at stake, were introduced to the media. Followed by the press presentation, several preliminary events were held - the parade of beauties, fashion show, talent competition and long gown competition, and finally, the winners were crowned at the finale held on 25th August.
