Miss World Singapore 2018 finale was held on 14th September 2018 at Resorts World Theatre in Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore. Miss World 2016 Stephanie Del Valle of Puerto Rico and Miss World Philippines 2017 Laura Victoria Lehmann graced the finale. At the conclusion of the finale, the last year winner Miss World Singapore 2017 Laanya Ezra Asogan crowned Vanessa Annelise Peh as the new Miss World Singapore. Vanessa's court at the finale comprised of Shonalie Raha (first runner-up) and Vanessa Tiara Tay (second runner-up).
