Miss Slovakia 2016 (also known as Miss Slovensko 2016) was the 21st edition of Miss Slovakia pageant. The finale of Miss Slovensko 2016 was held on 29th April 2016. At the culmination of the grand coronation night of Miss Slovensko 2016 or (Miss World Slovakia 2016), Kristína Cincurová was crowned Miss World Slovakia 2016. At the same event, Lenka Tekeljaková was adjudged as Miss International Slovak Republic 2016 and Michaela Menkyová was titled as Miss Supranational Slovak Republic 2016.

The outgoing Miss Slovensko Lujza Strakova crowned her successor at the conclusion of the finale televised live on TV JOJ.
Miss Slovensko was established in the year 1993 to select the country’s representative to the Miss World beauty pageant. The first runner up competes at the Miss International beauty pageant while the second runner up represents Slovakia at the Miss Supranational beauty pageant. The competition finale will be preceded by a number of events and training.
