Miss Ukraine Universe 2018, the 23rd edition of Miss Ukraine Universe national beauty pageant, was held on 14th August 2018 at the Fairmont Grand Hotel in Kyiv, Ukraine and at the conclusion of the finale, Karina Zhosan was crowned as the winner. She defeated 17 other contestants to win the title and was crowned by her predecessor Miss Universe Ukraine 2017 Yana Krasnikova. With the win, she becomes the representative of Ukraine for Miss Universe 2018 pageant to be held in Thailand on 16th December 2018.
