Miss Venezuela 2016 was the sixty fourth edition of the pageant and was held on 6th October 2016. Keysi Sayago, the representative of Monagas was crowned as the Miss Venezuela 2016 at the culmination of the glorious finale. At the same coronation night, Diana Macarena Croce García was adjudged first runner- up while, Paola Antonella Massaro Escalona was titled as second runner – up, Reneta Carolina Bello Lacal made it to the third runner-up and Rosangélica Piscitelli Ferreri finished as fourth runner-up. Keysi will represent Venezuela at the Miss Universe 2017 pageant.

The great coronation was televised live throughout Venezuela on Venevision and Venevision plus (the largest television networks of Venezuela) that also in HD for Direct TV subscribers.

At the end of the event, Mariam Habach, Miss International Venezuela, Jessica Durate and Miss Earth Venezuela, Andrea Rosales Castillejos passed on their crowns to their respective successors.
