Kiara Arends has a Bachelor of Laws degree with minors in Business and Tax Laws and has worked as an intern at a renowned corporate law firm in Aruba. Arends moved to Belgium at the age of 22 to pursue her Masters of Laws degree, specializing in International Business Trade and Tax law. She is an active supporter of social justice, especially amongst mothers and young women. During the pandemic in 2020, she founded her organization “BUMP,” which helps equip young mothers with sustainable resources. Arends firmly believes in the butterfly effect; “one small action can create a chain reaction.” She is another strong contender for the Miss Universe 2022 crown.
