The  5’9” tall Haley is a model at the block agency. The stunner is not alien to the world of pageantry, as she was previously crowned Miss Arkansas Teen USA 2013, and made it to the Top 16 finalists at the 2013 Miss Teen USA Pageant, held on August 10, 2013 at Atlantis Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas.

She had previously contested at Miss Arkansas USA 2015, where she finished as the third runner-up. After going through the rigid 5 years training session, she has finally emerged as a winner. The most interesting thing about this jockey is that, she is the first Miss Arkansas Teen USA to win Miss Arkansas USA since 1996.
