Alejandra Gonzalez was adjudged first runner-up at the finale of Miss USA 2019 which concluded on 2nd May 2019 as she lost the crown to Cheslie Kryst Miss USA 2019. Since her placement at the nationals, Allie has stormed her way into people’s hearts with her stunning beauty and style. Alejandra nicknamed ‘Allie’ has now become an important name in the pageantry.
With her reign coming to an end in January as she will crown her successor in Miss New Mexico USA 2020 state finals, the 26-year-old beauty does not have a lot of time left to pursue her dreams in pageantry because of her age. If she wants to represent USA or Mexico (being a Mexican-American) at an international stage, her time is definitely now.
Even if the enchantress does not see herself in the pageantry again, her devoted fans and followers are surely not going to let her rest until she makes a decision of participating in Miss Universe Mexico 2020 (named Mexicana Universal 2020). From Las Cruces, Gonzalez became the third state pageant titleholder to hail from Las Cruces. Being a first generation Mexican-American, Allie is her parents’ American dream. Allie’s parents immigrated to the United States from Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, making her a first generation American. Though originally from South Texas, she and her family moved to Las Cruces, New Mexico last summer.
Always taught to make education a priority, Allie graduated from the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley. She is currently working towards earning her Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license. At Miss New Mexico USA 2019, Allie was a mega favourite for the national crown. Gonzalez used her platform to fight for animal rights which she is very passionate about. Allie’s pageant career began when she was just 20 years old and participated in Miss Texas USA. She grew up watching pageants which shaped her into the woman she is today.
An ideal contestant for Miss Universe Mexico 2020, Allie definitely has the beauty, charm, grace, experience and right cause to become the next Mexican national pageant queen. What are your views?
